About R&M

The R & M Group was established in 1982 and the R&M Property Group Ltd formed in 2017, and since then has provided quality services to the residential and commercial construction and civil engineering industries.

It is a privately-owned company which has expanded in recent years under the overall control of its long-serving directors, management and operations teams. The company offers its services as a main contractor or sub-contractor and enjoys a great deal of repeat work for long-standing clients with whom it has built strong, positive relationships. Together with its associated company Airport Services & Plant Hire Ltd the company has an annual turnover of c £12 million and employs 120 skilled contractors and support staff. It caters for the smallest schemes to large design/build projects and demolition packages.

R & M Property Group provides its clients with a highly professional service, from the initial estimating stage through to surveying, project management, quality control and handover. The company is registered with Construction Line – the UK register of Pre-Qualified Construction Services – and is currently progressing towards ISO 9001:2000 and I.I.P. It is also CHAS and Achilles-accredited. Its specialist divisions offer a breadth of expertise and allows the company to provide a one-stop solution for its customers.
