KWIKHAUS provides a complete turnkey package from cradle to grave (if required), ensuring all elements of design, manufacture and delivery on site including the Civils and Substructures are facilitated under our internal control and insurance wrap.
KWIKHAUS can provide either manufacturing or delivery of homes, working with either our designs or a client’s own floor plans and layouts.

About R&M

The R & M Group was established in 1982 and the R&M Property Group Ltd formed in 2017, and since then has provided quality services to the residential and commercial construction and civil engineering industries.

It is a privately-owned company which has expanded in recent years under the overall control of its long-serving directors, management and operations teams. The company offers its services as a main contractor or sub-contractor and enjoys a great deal of repeat work for long-standing clients with whom it has built strong, positive relationships. Together with its associated company Airport Services & Plant Hire Ltd the company has an annual turnover of c £12 million and employs 120 skilled contractors and support staff. It caters for the smallest schemes to large design/build projects and demolition packages.

R & M Property Group provides its clients with a highly professional service, from the initial estimating stage through to surveying, project management, quality control and handover. The company is registered with Construction Line – the UK register of Pre-Qualified Construction Services – and is currently progressing towards ISO 9001:2000 and I.I.P.
